When you submit a Texas Sub2 opportunity through Sub2IQ, we collect the information you provide, including your name, company, role, email address, mobile phone number, property details, existing financing details, deal economics and the document links you share.
We may also record basic traffic information such as UTM campaign parameters and referring source so we can understand which campaigns produce submissions.
How We Use Information
Submitted information is used to evaluate the opportunity, coordinate underwriting and deal structuring, communicate with you, and — if appropriate — market the property to prospective owner-occupant buyers and coordinate the professionals involved in a transaction.
Sharing
Information may be shared with USA Home Partners, applicable affiliates, and the professionals reasonably necessary to evaluate or coordinate a transaction, such as title, insurance, servicing, legal and loan-origination professionals.
Document Links
Document and photo links you provide are stored with your submission. Please only share links you have the right to share, and remove access at any time by changing the sharing settings on your own storage provider.
Data Retention and Security
Submissions are stored in a restricted internal system. Internal notes and internal evaluation fields are not published publicly. We take reasonable measures to protect information but no system can be guaranteed fully secure.
